Overview: Concept and design new graphics for each product year spanning 5+ divisions including waterskis, life vests, boots, gloves, lifestyle apparel, etc. Once designs have been signed off by leadership, ensure each graphic is properly set up for the desired print production process. During the product sample lifecycle, visit overseas production factories 3-4 times per year to work closely with the local product teams to clarify design intentions and give final design approvals. Then create all point of purchase and marketing materials for each product/product line touch points (packaging, social, web, print, environmental materials).
