Rooted in Jordan Brand's commitment to the next generation, the SNKRS Toolkit was built to help territories tell product stories with greater consistency, creativity, and cultural relevance. The platform provided a scalable creative framework that empowered teams across APLA to bring launches to life through a unified visual language while allowing room for local expression and storytelling.

More than a set of templates, the SNKRS Toolkit was designed as a creative operating system for product storytelling. The toolkit established a clear visual and narrative framework that helped territories create premium, Jordan-first launch experiences across SNKRS, social, and digital channels. By balancing consistency with flexibility, the platform enabled teams to tell locally relevant stories while remaining connected to a cohesive regional vision.

My Role:

Concept Development / Art Direction / Creative Systems

Led the development of the APLA SNKRS Toolkit, creating a scalable creative framework that standardized how Jordan product stories were developed and executed across the region. Partnered with brand, digital, and territory teams to define visual principles, storytelling approaches, content structures, and creative best practices that could be applied across multiple launches and consumer touchpoints.

Directed the creative vision, design system, and toolkit development, ensuring teams had the tools, inspiration, and guidance needed to create elevated, premium executions. The framework became a foundational resource for territories, improving creative consistency while giving local teams the flexibility to shape stories that resonated with their communities and consumers.
